Called a Chinese fondue pot, it is a great communal cooking and serving oven. The base of the traditional hot pot holds charcoal briquettes over a grate that allows the ashes to fall so more briquettes can be added to keep the pot hot. The food is cooked in the pot that fits over the bottom. The pot is shaped like a ring, its central tube extends over the lid and serves as a chimney for the smoke of the briquettes.

HOW TO USE:
1. Wash the saucepan, add a small amount of water to the saucepan, a third, to cover the lid. (The first part of the water is to prevent it from drying, if the dry burn directly to the floor cause leakage OH)
